SPIRITUAL FOOD: "Death and Life Are in the Power of the Tongue"
As a follow-through on our topic on Issues of Life, I post the following Bible verses for us to meditate on with regards to the words that we release from our mouths. Our words and declarations have power to create negative or positive things in our life, all of which are deeply rooted in our hearts. Words are important to God and through our words in prayer, He responds to us to give us good and perfect gifts. All the more He responds to us through the Holy Spirit when we meditate on and declare His words which are His true and perfect will for our life.
Proverbs 18:21 "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit."
Matthew 12: 34-35 "...For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things."
Matthew 12: 36-37 "But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment. For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned."
And here's what our God has to say to us:
Proverbs 4: 20-24 "My son, give attention to my words;incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart. For they are life to those who find them, and health to all the flesh. Keep you heart with all diligence for out of it springs the issues of life. Put away from you a deceitful mouth and put perverse lips far from you."

Hi Carmen, thanks for visiting & commenting. I agree w/ you. PAGASA needs financial support fr. the gov't to update their equipment, instead of spending people's money traveling for any unimaginative reasons they should prioritize the country's needs.
